Back in December, I started writing you an email … and then got distracted and it fell by the wayside. In general, I was going to ask you if you had been by the house lately, because … WOW! I have to tell you, man, it is hard to imagine the yard could possibly have looked any better. I mean, the yard looked awesome even in the heart of the summer, even though I know the heat was stressing it out. And I know that the cooler season is better for it, but still – it’s looking good, man.

I have had numerous compliments on the landscaping and especially the lighting. I have spent a lot of money in a short amount of time. When I get compliments, it makes me feel like the money spent was worth it.

Keep doing what you are doing because it works, don’t do things because other companies do that. Your service and product are what sets your company apart from any of the others.

We appreciate that any problems are addressed in a timely manner. If we are concerned about something that we think should look better, you always take care of it. We really like your company, don’t change!!

Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how pleased we are with the sod installation and with the fact that you kept it at the estimated cost. As you know, we had several problem areas sodded and they are all doing very well. In fact, the largest area looks like a golf course. The problem we had with water draining onto the patio has also been solved by the grading that was done prior to sodding. I don’t have to scrape mud from the patio any more. Your crews were very efficient and courteous and the cleaned up after the job. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks, again.

The dedication and caring they showed was nothing short of excellence, as always been the case with Barefoot and Associates. Ever since you designed our landscaping for our yard, we have received countless compliments on how nice it looks.
